1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of all services and offerings of clipaxt.com (hereinafter “voql”).

2. Description of the service

voql provides a platform for the automated detection of highlights in streams and videos, their editing and their automatic upload as short videos.

3. Registration and accounts

Registration is required to use certain features. Registering accounts for persons under 16 years of age is only permitted with the written consent of their legal guardians.

4. Permitted use

The service may be used exclusively to process your own content or content for which the user holds the necessary rights.

voql does not provide tools to circumvent technical protection measures or to download content of other platforms that the user does not own. Source material must come from the user’s own streams (Twitch or Kick) or from video files the user uploads themselves. Uploading or clipping third-party material that the user has no rights to is a breach of these terms.

5. Copyright and content

The user warrants that the content they process and publish through voql does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The user shall fully indemnify and hold harmless voql, its operators, and its affiliated parties from all claims of third parties, administrative penalties, and attorney’s and court costs that arise from content the user uploads or processes through the service.

In case of justified suspicion of rights infringement, voql reserves the right to delete the affected content immediately and to suspend or block the responsible account.

Anyone linking a YouTube channel with voql is additionally bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Details on data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and subscription

A paid subscription may be required for certain features. Cancellations can be made at any time via the dashboard or by email.

7. Disclaimer

voql provides its service “as is”. Any warranty for availability or freedom from errors is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

voql reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced on the website.

9. Final provisions
